About Jade

Jade Xing is the Founder and CEO of Ascending Star Global LLC, bringing over a decade of experience in training, coaching, and consulting. Originally from Asia, she came to the United States as an exchange student and has called Florida home for nearly 20 years.

Building a life on the other side of the world alone at a young age was an exciting, challenging, and transformative journey. In her early years, Jade dedicated herself to discovering her true self, both professionally and personally.

After earning her master’s degree, Jade developed a diverse professional background spanning Accounting, Product Development, Marketing, International Business Development, and Global Customer Success. She has collaborated with clients and partners across Asia-Pacific, Europe, South Africa, South America, and the Middle East, fostering strategic partnerships and lasting business relationships. Her extensive international experience has sharpened her ability to bridge cultural differences and deepened her understanding of the universal truths that connect us all.

Beyond her career, Jade’s personal journey has been shaped by deep connections with people from diverse backgrounds, professions, and cultures. Through life’s ups and downs, she sought wisdom from both the East and the West. After years of seeking and practicing, she has learned to identify the root of challenges, take meaningful action, and move forward with clarity. These insights are built on a foundation of self-discovery, understanding others, and embracing life knowledge and wisdom.

 

As she shared her learnings, she witnessed the transformation of others, and realized how valuable this work is. With increasing interest in her insights, she created this platform to reach and empower more people.
