A New Rhythm of Life: How One Shift Sparked Total Transformation

My journey of pursuing truth, wisdom and joy alongside with Jade began about 2 years ago. I would say so far, it’s been an incredible and joyful journey. The outcome is that I feel more control of my life, more sustainable and lasting joy, and more satisfaction at my own self-growth.


It all started with a decision I made with my diet, thanks to the encouragement from Jade. What you choose to put into my mouth every single day seems like a minor afterthought for so many people, yet each kind of food contains various levels of energy, and it could fundamentally influence how you feel, think, and even your mood. Not too long after I started my new diet, not only did my physical health improve tremendously, but equally importantly I was able to think more clearly, had more mental focus, and became emotionally agitated or angry much less frequently. The truth is certain foods contain much higher levels of positive energy. We become what we eat, and the higher energy we absorb into our body will help us resonate with higher frequency in the universe and deepen our consciousness into another level.


It would’ve been a pleasing outcome of the journey already to be able to improve myself physically, emotionally, and mentally if changing the diet was all I needed to do. But the diet change, I later realized, was just the tool to correct my direction into the soul-searching path. It was just the beginning of great things ahead! After several more interacting sessions with Jade, one of my biggest takeaways was to learn to live in the present moment. It's easier said than done. It needs a lot of practices. Most of us underestimate the power of the present moment, and the power of focus. I can’t say I’m perfect in this mental trait, but I’ve been training to do one thing at a time with 100% of my focus at that one thing, not reflecting about the past or planning for the next moment. I realized that when I can live in the moment, I tend to do a better job at work, learn more effectively at any academic subjects, and start to appreciate the inner essence and beauty of things around me.


I think this is a remarkable thing to experience. So many people in our society nowadays try to improve their efficiency by multitasking, rushing through tasks after tasks in their daily lives, only to feel exhausted at the end of each day and anxiety about tomorrow already with no space for joy or rumination. I learned to slow down the pace of my busy life, and by doing that I started to feel more control and deeper joy and appreciation of the time I spend at every single task. A very practical example would be to take the time to prepare my own meal. I believe the positive energy and focus on the cooking action would somehow pour into the meal itself, making the meal even more nutritious and energy-elevating.


In this busy world full of information and technologies, we are taught to learn new information and our external world all the time, but the true satisfaction comes from exploration of understanding our inward selves. With the wisdom, tools and techniques shared by Jade, I now understand myself more, and understand human nature more. And I like myself more. Because of that, I like this world better, and can live in more peace with others. I think if I can live a confident, assertive and purpose-driven life, knowing who I am and why I am here, I’ll make a positive impact while cherishing a joyful and fulfilling journey on earth, and I will know I have not lived in vain.
